The Teaneck Chamber of Commerce
The Teaneck Chamber of Commerce Banking
Committee has been hard at work securing an easier way of obtaining the
necessary permits for sign and facade work as well as the financing behind it.
NEW Expedited Process
Step One
Contact
Steve Gluck, Township Building Official to setup a one on one meeting to
discuss your plans and ideas. He will walk you through the entire process,
explain exactly what you need and answer any questions you may have. From your
meeting with Mr. Gluck, a copy of the check list will be given to you.
Step Two
Complete all the forms and required steps on the checklist. Return to the
Building Department where they will be date stamped. You can expect to receive a
decision within ten business days of submission of a completed package.
Step Three
If financing for improvements are needed, there are local banks that are
interested to work with you. Call and setup an appointment.
