This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for event tickets and other payments made to Teaneck Chamber of Commerce on www.teaneckchamber.org.
Event tickets
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will contact ticket holders using the details given at checkout about the options available. For any other ticket question, including a request for a refund, contact us before the event and we will review your request.
Membership and directory listing fees
If you believe a membership or directory listing payment was made in error, was charged twice or was for the wrong amount, contact us and we will review your request.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional days to show the credit.
